Alex, een succesvol fotograaf, woont met vrouw en dochtertje in het hart van London. Regelmatig bezoeken zij haar vader aan de Franse Zuidkust. Hoewel ze in heel verschillende werelden leven krijgen Alex en zijn schoonvader een warme band. Ze voeren gesprekken over bier, fotografie en God. Maar dan gebeurt er iets onomkeerbaars… Met Sea Wall schreef Simon Stephens een beklemmende monoloog. Emmanuel Ohene Boafo speelt de voorstelling in het Engels zonder boventiteling. De regie is in handen van Erik Whien.
Alex, a successful photographer, lives with his wife and young daughter in the centre of London. They pay regular visits to his wife’s father on the south coast of France. Although they live in totally different worlds, Alex has a close relationship with his father-in-law. They talk about beer, photography and God. But then something irreversible happens. Sea Wall is an oppressive monologue written by Simon Stephens. Emmanuel Ohene Boafo will perform the monologue in English.
