my sweet nasty lunacy is een solo van Hélène Vrijdag: een live EP gezongen vanuit haar alter ego Woman Folly. Het concert is een verzameling hyperpop bangers als ode aan de hysterische femme. In een arena van bewegend licht en popconcert conventies zingt Woman Folly haar soft setlist from sweet sweet hell.

Woman Folly is een queer en feministisch antwoord op het personage Vrouwe Zotte uit Lof der Zotheid van Erasmus. Erasmus prees de zotheid in zijn boek de hemel in op de meest vrouwonvriendelijke manier. Vrouwe Zotte werd Hélène’s imaginary friend, haar penpal waar ze tussen 2018 en 2021 brieven aan schreef. Die brieven bleven onbeantwoord, maar werden wel gebundeld in een boek genaamd Vrouwe Zotte, dat na afloop van de voorstelling te koop is. 

Vrouwe Zotte bleef stil, maar Woman Folly trekt haar muil open. In my sweet nasty lunacy is ze een diva te boos om een concert te geven. Ze belichaamt 'Woman' als een nieuw fantasiezoogdier buiten genderkaders en 'Folly' als protest tegen normaal doen.
